Hearts Enteral, DME. offers a variety of medical foods and enteral nutrition products, including vitamins, supplements, feeding kits,  feeding pumps and related supplies for inborn error of metabolism diseases,  acute and chronic illnesses.


To start a new order, please complete the New Order Form located on the main page and follow the instructions provided. If you need assistance, please call our office at (877) 659-5540, and a member of our team will be happy to help. 


Hearts Enteral, DME accepts most major health insurance plans. At this time, we do not accept Medicare; however, we may do so in the future. For more information about the insurance plans we currently accept, please visit the Health Insurance Plans page under the More tab on our website. 


Order status notifications are currently provided to patients via email through our vendor partners. If you did not receive an email notification, you can check the status of your order by contacting our Patient Services Care Team at 877-659-5540 or by emailing customercareteam@heartsenteral.com. and we will be happy to assist you.

We are currently transitioning to a system that will provide order status notifications directly to your phone as well as through our patient portal. 


First we will need an updated prescription (Rx) to modify orders.  


To make any changes to your order, we must first receive an updated prescription (Rx) from your healthcare provider. Please contact your clinic and request the changes you would like made to your enteral nutrition order. Once the prescription has been updated, either you or your clinic should send us the revised prescription so we can process the requested changes.


Please also ensure that the updated prescription includes sufficient/enough refills, if applicable. We are unable to modify orders without a current, updated prescription from your healthcare provider.. 


Hearts Enteral's business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/EDT. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team during these hours by calling (877) 659-5540 or emailing customercareteam@heartsenteral.com.  If it is a health care emergency, please contact 911.


While there are no live representatives after our regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/EDT, Hearts Enteral offers after-hours support through our AI assistant, Ivy. Ivy is available to help answer basic questions, provide support, and assist with common inquiries, allowing us to stay connected with our patients even after business hours.
